luna wellness club is a haven of healing for women in their twenties and thirties who are dealing with grief, depression or anxiety; or simply are looking to make improvements to their wellbeing in a hectic world!

 

From the founder, Kat

After many years of trauma and loss, I am on a journey to improve my overall wellbeing via exercise, mindfulness, nutrition and other holistic treatments alongside medication and therapy. I often feel overwhelm, as although social media and the internet  can be wonderful sources of education and community, they both have their downfalls. As many of us do, I too often find myself in a deep pit of ‘doom scrolling’ socials or just becoming confused with the amount of information on various subjects that interest me, as so much of it conflicts.

It is all of this that has inspired me to start this blog, and document what I learn about wellbeing in a easy to digest format, in the hope that likeminded women can join me on this journey of prioritising my wellbeing and thriving into my thirties and beyond.
